Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Hechito website and, once available to you, the Hechito applications and services ("Services"), provided by Diazluna Corp ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. What Hechito is

Hechito turns what you say, photograph, and capture during your work into business records: jobs, quotes, invoices, and related paperwork. The Services assist your business; they do not replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing documents before sending them — especially prices, taxes, and customer details.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to upload the content you capture.

3. Your content

You own your content (recordings, photos, documents, records). You grant us the limited licenses needed to operate the Services — storing, processing, and transforming your content into records at your direction. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your identifiable business data to build products for others.

4. Recording responsibilities

The Services record and transcribe voice sessions you start. You are responsible for complying with recording-consent laws in your state and for informing people around you where the law requires it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or probe the systems, no reselling without an agreement, and no using the Services to harm others.

6. Fees

Published subscription prices apply when the Services launch commercially. Prices may change with notice; waitlist launch pricing is honored as described at signup.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" during early access. Generated records can contain errors; we work hard to catch them, and you must review money-bearing documents. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Termination

You can leave at any time; your data is exportable. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
