Ya está hechito.

In the trades, when a job is finished clean — swept floor, tools packed, customer happy — you don't just say it's done. You say it's hechito: done with care, done right, nothing left hanging.

That's the feeling we wanted for the part of the work nobody loves. The invoice you owe from last week. The receipt somewhere in the truck. The quote you'll write "tonight." Paperwork is where good businesses quietly bleed — not because the work is bad, but because the writing-it-down never had a helper.

So we built the helper. Not software you operate — a crew that works for you: a chalán in the field, a front desk on the phone, a bookkeeper on the numbers. They speak your language — both of them — and they speak AS your business, because your customers hired you, not us.

Why I built it

I grew up in Chihuahua. As a kid I spent summers working with my uncle — handing him the tools, remembering where everything went. I was his chalán. Years later I came to the United States with $600 in my pocket and no English, started from the bottom, and worked my way up: more than thirty years building technology, eventually running it as an executive.

But this didn't start as an idea. It started with my friends. Miguel, a contractor so focused on doing the jobs that the paperwork buried him. Edgar, a painter who lost customers every week because nobody can answer the phone from up a ladder. Victor, a trucker whose tax season is a nightmare his whole family dreads. People who work harder than anyone I know, losing their nights to paperwork nobody helps them with.

I like building things from scratch that help people. Chalán, Lupita, and Godínez exist because of Miguel, Edgar, and Victor. This one is for them — and for you.
