Privacy Policy

The short version: your data and your customers' data never leave your account. We process it to run YOUR back office, we don't sell it, and nobody else's product is built on it.

1. What we collect

  • Website: waitlist email, your trade, language, and the campaign that brought you (UTM). A cookieless visit counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that stores nothing on your device. Optional analytics only with your consent.
  • App (when you use it): voice sessions you start (recorded and transcribed), photos and documents you capture, your device's location when you capture (to set job sites), push notification tokens, and account details via our sign-in provider.

2. What we do with it

One thing: turn your work into your records — jobs, quotes, invoices, books. Your identifiable data is processed only to provide the service to YOU. Improvements we ship to everyone are built from de-identified patterns and never contain your data.

3. What we never do

  • We do not sell or share your personal information (in the CCPA sense). No ad-tech on our pages.
  • We do not train products for other businesses on your identifiable data.

4. Service providers

We use vetted providers to run the Services, under contracts limiting them to our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, analytics), Anthropic (language understanding), Deepgram (speech-to-text), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), LiveKit (real-time voice sessions), Expo (app builds and push delivery), Google Firebase (push notifications on Android), Google Maps (map images), Clerk (sign-in), Neon (databases).

5. Retention & your rights

Your records persist while your account is active — they ARE your books. You can export and you can delete. Waitlist emails are kept until launch outreach completes or you ask us to remove you (hola@hechito.com). California residents: the rights to know, delete, and correct apply; we don't sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per account at the infrastructure level, and secrets are managed, not hardcoded. No system is perfect; we'll tell you promptly if something affecting you goes wrong.

7. Children

The Services are for businesses and not directed at children under 13.
